All pets will experience dental issues in their lifetime. These issues can even start out as hidden changes in younger patients, and oral imaging is often the only method that can reveal the hidden nature of these issues, which frequently surprises pet owners. In addition, all appropriate imaging modalities require anesthesia, a common source of fear for owners and some clinicians.
